School Regulations: Fostering a Culture of Respect and Responsibility

At St. Fidelis School, Aligarh, we believe that a conducive learning environment is built on a foundation of mutual respect, responsibility, and adherence to established guidelines. The following regulations are in place to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and to foster a positive and productive learning experience for all students:

Conduct and Behaviour:
  • Students are expected to maintain strict regularity in attendance and punctuality.
  • Implicit obedience to school authorities and staff is required.
  • Courtesy in speech and conduct, along with cleanliness of dress and person, are essential.
  • Students are responsible for their conduct both within and outside the school premises. Any objectionable behavior reported outside of school may result in disciplinary action.
Uniform and Appearance:
  • Wearing the prescribed school uniform is mandatory. Students are not permitted on school grounds without the complete uniform.
  • Violation of the uniform code may result in expulsion from the school.
School Property and Belongings:
  • Students are responsible for any damage caused to school property and will be required to compensate for such damages.
  • Bringing books, newspapers, periodicals, or any other materials to school requires prior permission from the Principal.
  • Students are prohibited from bringing electronic devices, jewelry, or other valuables to school. The school is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Electronic gadgets will be confiscated.
General Guidelines:
  • Fundraising or collections for any purpose require prior permission from the Principal.
  • Offering gifts or souvenirs to staff members is not permitted without the Principal's approval.
  • The date of birth recorded at the time of admission cannot be changed. Parents/guardians must sign an undertaking to this effect.
  • Students who do not rejoin school within three days of the commencement of a term will be removed from the rolls unless prior leave of absence has been granted.
  • The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to a new session for valid reasons.
  • Students are encouraged to speak English within the school campus to enhance their communication skills.

These regulations are designed to promote a disciplined and focused learning environment where all students can thrive. We believe that adherence to these guidelines will foster a sense of responsibility, respect, and community within our school.
